Poetic justice, you has it, definitely. It's gonna have to be AU for the same reason radish's beautiful stories are AU - the zombies aren't actually immortal in my version - but tonally and moodwise and everything else, it fits in really, really well. Creepy and awesome and wonderfully visceral in the way all zombiethings should be. :D
