I agree re: the fandom; the source material is just so rich, particularly for what-ifs. The characters kind of wave their hands around and say "but what if we weren't stuck on this rail to this inevitable outcome, what if things could go differently?" and you respond "Now I'm going to have to write that, you bastard. FML."

I'm glad the different levels of action and description/internal stuff works for you; I always worry about drifting too far to one side or the other, or about rushing the character development, and so on. So, thank you! <3
