Especially in the last few days, yes, I am getting this from every angle. D: Which is why I finally decided to just buck up and claim some of these things. I tried at one point to mask my style and the end result was a really sub-par piece of writing and it just isn't worth it.
But yeah, thank you, seriously. Those were all things I was trying really consciously to do (Dan's thought process, Ror's barely-conscious processing of what exactly he's so fucked up over, how bad it had to be to get through to him) and it makes me really happy that those come through as intended heh.
