Well, 'bunch' is unfortunately not a unit of measure. I'll use bushel instead, because it begins with the same two letters and that's CLOSE ENOUGH.

1 standard(Winchester) bushel = 35.239 liters. 1 liter = 1kg when using water as is standard, so 1 bushel = 35.239 kg. 7 bushels = 246.673 kg = 543.820876 lbs. A ton is 2000 lbs. So 'a ton and bunches' is hereby defined as 2543.820876 lbs.
