Thaaaat's getting more into spoiler territory, so I'll take the fifth for now.
I've got a real love of zombies and zombie!fics in general but dear god, they have to be GOOD. Or else it's just a juvenile gore-fest. And I get kind of tired of the same memes over and over. For instance OH NOES SHAUNS MOM GOT BITTEN - SHOTGUN TIME! is a zombie meme I'm really worn out on - it's sort of deliberately emotionally manipulative and gratuitous and sure it's realistic that someone you care about is PROBABLY going to get nailed at some point in an all-out invasion, but it's such a FIXTURE. Zombie movie/novel/fic = about 50 minutes in, somebody will have to shoot their mother/brother/friend/dog. So that trope was the first one to go under the axe heh.
If it's more in your comfort zone, there are PLENTY of non-porn prompts floating around on the kinkmeme - almost everything I've written for it has been non-porny with two exceptions - which is one of the things I love about this fandom. People don't *just* want porn - they want fluff and angst and psychological shit and crazy, crazy AUs and so on, and the overall quality of the stuff being produced is scary.
