Man, I saw you had a Dead Like Me tag, but I hadn't seen that it was a Watchmen crossover when I left that comment on the horror story :) This was just fantastic.
I got into Dead Like Me just as I was reading the GN, so I actually did ask myself at the time, 'geeze, who reaped Rorschach?' This makes a heck of a lot of sense. (Otherwise, would some poor Reaper have had to stow away on Veidt's plane? That must have been a fun meeting, "Um... is 'Antarcica' some new club somewhere....?" "Nope.")
